Where the MBA Batch 2026โ28 Comes Together
SYNERGY 2026 is the official Team Building and Sports Challenge organized as part of the MBA Orientation Programme at IILM University, Greater Noida. The event is thoughtfully designed to foster interaction among the incoming MBA cohort while building the qualities that define effective leaders and collaborators.
Across eight engaging events spanning teamwork, strategy, and athleticism, SYNERGY brings the new batch together to build teamwork, leadership, communication, strategic thinking, healthy competition, and sportsmanship.
Each participant registers for two events โ one from each group

Teams of 8 players (max 2 substitutes), Best of Three format, boys' and girls' competitions held separately. Players must hold the rope with both hands โ sitting, wrapping the rope, or lying down is not permitted.
Standard standing/crouched start, boys' and girls' races conducted separately. Race ends when any part of the runner's torso crosses the finish line; stepping out of the assigned lane may lead to disqualification.
Singles knockout tournament, standard rally scoring to 21 points, finals played Best of Three Games per Badminton World Federation rules.
Only one hand may be used at a time to remove and place a block. The participant who causes the tower to collapse is eliminated; the last successful mover is declared winner.
Singles knockout tournament, games played to 11 points (win by 2), Best of Three Games, per International Table Tennis Federation rules.
Rapid format with 10 minutes per player. Touch-move rule applies, and games may end in checkmate, stalemate, mutual agreement, threefold repetition, or the fifty-move rule.
Singles knockout tournament. The Queen must be covered immediately after pocketing, or it returns to the centre. Standard Carrom Federation rules apply.
Hold a balloon aloft with one designated hand while building a 21-cup tower with the other, over 2โ3 minutes. Hands cannot be switched during the activity; the balloon may not be caught or trapped.
